Due to the perishable nature of cakes and bakery products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items listed on our platform:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
